Downloadable products are sent out as one single ZIP file and must be downloaded and unzipped on a standard computer. Ebooks open with Adobe Reader once unzipped, however, you may need to convert the file to another format for your ebook reader before moving the file to that device. MP3s and MP4s will open with your default player, once unzipped. Visit our FAQ page for more information about zipped files or converting ebooks to handheld devices.
